Canadian/US Resume vs UK/EU CV

Any tips/pointers on making a European/UK oriented CV to use in addition to my Canadian resume? From googling around it doesn't seem to be too different anymore but I don't want to start applying to European jobs with my Canadian resume and be missing something huge!

They’re just different words for the same thing.

Professional CVs are about the same as resumes, nonprofessional CVs can be longer. Languages would be important thing to include for Continental Europe jobs but if i truly spoke a 2nd or 3rd language fluently, I would never leave that off any CV or resume.

Pretty much standard, just amend to suit each job you apply for and write a cover letter for each, don't just use one Resume/letter for every job.

Keep in mind how dates are typically formatted in Canada/US vs. the rest of the world. It's not a huge thing to be concerned about but it sticks out immediately and may not be the type of attention you want.
