Can anyone recommend a vets in New Orleans - dog move to UK

Trying to find a Vet in New Orleans that understands the chip required and can supply the necessary paperwork to bring dog back to the UK.

Can anyone recommend one they've used please ?

Tried Lakeview so far but not confident they understand when we call
