Yes, i have used Liquid for a new purchase, last year, no major complaints, but in hindsight, in my case the fees did seem a bit steep, you are welcome to pm with any questions if further feedback is required.

I would worry about a letting agent that didn't ask you for proof of your consent to let from your mortgage lender. If they are forgetting to do something as major as that then what else are they forgetting to do?

Even if the landlord uses a letting agent, the landlord is the one who is fined (or worse) if they break the housing laws. Plus Mr Taxman (HMRC) is not going to be very happy at all if he hasn't been told and received/issued the correct forms.

I'm happy with what they're offering. It turns out a mate of mine has been using them for a few years and says their good.
