Bit of light humour

I was researching the net for a something for my dog when I found this site.

See the photo of the dog having a bath? It struck me as hilarious that in the photo advertising the dog washing service, there is a tumble dryer just above the sink.

You jest. I bet with the smaller, fluffier breeds, that's exactly how they get that just groomed look.

Hey Cricket...Moderator Girl here.

Dog grooming parlours scare the hell out of me. A while ago there was a report on the news about one in New York...they'd left the dog too long in the dryer...or it was set too high and the poor pooch burned to death. I know you've had a Cav. so you understand what is involved with that breed. I always bath, clip and groom my dogs...I would never send them to a dog grooming parlour.

I have to take my dog to the groomers, he's part sheep, so it's impossible to keep him expertly groomed especially in this heat. BUT..............I always make sure they don't put him in the tumble dryer. Soaking wet is fine by me.;)
