Hello Claire,

We moved back at Easter and ended up just outside Bishops Stortford in a place called Takeley. It is a nice area with good access to London via the Stansted Express and surprisingly rural.

The children settled in tot he primary school and we are now going through the process of looking at the secondary schools.

We used to live in a village called Quendon, which is between Bishop's Stortford and Saffron Walden. (20mins from BS)

In the next village, Newport, there is a highly thought of school plus train line.

Other great nearby places include Rickling Green.

Countryside is lovely. Saffron Walden a very nice market town. Cambridge within 30mins
