Birth in the UK

Hi,

I'm a british citizen living here in the United States and my wife is American. She is currently pregnant and i want to know if she can give birth in the UK?

She is registered with a NHS doctor in the UK.

Thanks for reading :)

I imagine the answer is yes from a legal perspective, but you/she will and probably should pay for it.

I think you're supposed to be living there if you want it free.
