i am correct though. england is in the largest property bubble of all time, just as america was. its just beginning to pop in america.

But it only matters if you over reach yourself or are buying to make a short term profit.
If you can afford the repayments and it is your long term home then the "book" value doesn't mean a toss.

I don't care what my home is worth now I've made up my mind its our long term home...a roof over your families head is the most important thing you can own....and using it as an ATM machine is going to come back and bite a lot of people on the bum...
