Default Any issues fitting furniture through doors?

Hi,

My wife and I are moving back to UK after 14 years in Canada.

My question is, did anyone have an issue shipping settees ect and them not fitting through front or internal doors?

The settees we are planning to bring back was $8000, so we want to keep them, I am just concerned that we pay to ship them back for them not to fit through UK doors.

We had a similar problem in the UK, except we (ok, me) bought the settee in the UK. We had a 3 storey Victorian semi, but couldn't get the settee into the big front living room because the stairs were in the way.

We had to get a glazier to take out the enormous bay window in the front room. When we sold the house, we sold the settee with it
