28 Days Rule
Hi,
I Have Recently Applied For my Tier 4 visa and Completed the Biometric Process
I want to know that Can I Withdraw the funds which I put in my account to maintain the Balance for 28 days?
Or do I Need to wait until The Decision come ?
Please Advise Me

Technically you can but it would be safer to wait until you receive a decision.
