EXCLUSIVE COMPETITION FOR BRITISH EXPAT MEMBERS!!!
Hi all!!
As the new currency partners of British Expats….Excel Currencies are going to be running a new weekly competition for all BE members to take part in…if you want to of course!
Each week we will be picking one of the major currency rates for you guys to go ahead and test out your currency expertise with! All you have to do is predict what you believe the exchange rate of the chosen currency pair will be and post it on the competition thread before 2pm GMT each Friday and the member that is closest to where the rate is at 4pm Friday wins…..
….of course you don’t just win the honour of being crowned that weeks smartest currency bod…..the winner will receive Amazon gift vouchers to spoil themselves with!
How it works….
Every Monday morning a new currency pair will be posted on our vendor forum which will be the rate in competition for that week i.e. GBPvEUR, GBPvCAD, GBPvUSD, GBPvAUD…..
All you have to do is predict what you believe the rate for that chosen currency pair will be at 4pm GMT on Friday that week and you have the chance to win!
Now…for the BE members that fancy themselves as a bit of a currency expert out there…which I know there may be one or two
…….the earlier on in the week you guess the rate…the bigger the prize! See below the breakdown of the prizes……
Guess Made:
Monday - £50 Amazon voucher
Tuesday - £40 Amazon voucher
Wednesday - £30 Amazon voucher
Thursday - £20 Amazon voucher
Friday - £10 Amazon voucher
If more than one of you genius BE members gets the rate correct…all names will be posted on the forum and a winner will be picked in the good old fashioned way of our managing director dipping his hand into a hat!
When submitting your guess you have to stick to the format shown below and you MUST guess the 4 digits after the decimal place:
GBPvEUR (Example only):
GBPvEUR :1.1750
GBPvEUR BE member guess: 1. _ _ _ _
GBPvEUR BE member guess: 1. 1 9 4 8
GBPvAUD (Example only):
GBPvAUD: 1.6860
GBPvAUD BE member guess: 1. _ _ _ _
GBPvAUD BE member guess: 1. 6 8 9 8
Cut off time for you to submit a rate will be 2pm GMT each Friday…after that keep a close eye on the rate and be at the peril of the ever changing currency rates....
Keep an eye out every Monday morning for the chosen currency of that week!

T's&C's: No currency company, BE member working as a professional in the currency industry or employee for Excel Currencies or associates can enter (as we'd like to think we'd win every week!). Only one guess per BE member, if you guess more than once, we will only accept your first guess. Members that enter the competition must have 5 or more posts on BE to prevent competition being spammed. Entries will be removed for any member with less than 5 posts.

Can I ask which exchange rate you will be using - Forex mid market, tourist rates, etc (sorry don't know much about currency exchange just that there seems to be a lot of different exchange rates 
)
