COMPETITION: GUESS THE GBP V USD RATE...

Good morning members, hope you all had a great weekend!

For this weeks competition, we are going to be getting you guys to predict the GBP v USD rate!

All you have to do is post below what you think the GBPvUSD (interbank rate) is going to be at 4pm (GMT) Friday 22nd November for your chance to win Amazon Gift vouchers courtesy of Excel Currencies!

We've had a great amount of predictions over the past two weeks with the two winners predicting where the rate will be before Friday which means they've won a nice amount of Amazon vouchers! See how the prizes pan out below:

Guess Made:
Monday - £50 Amazon voucher
Tuesday - £40 Amazon voucher
Wednesday - £30 Amazon voucher
Thursday - £20 Amazon voucher
Friday - £10 Amazon voucher

If more than one of you genius BE members gets the rate correct…the winning name will be randomly picked out of a hat! If no one manages to guess the rate correctly...the winner will be the closest guess!

When submitting your guess you have to stick to the format shown below and you MUST guess the 4 digits after the decimal place (shown in blue):

GBPvUSD: 1. _ _ _ _

So if you think the rate will be at ‘1.6150’ at 4pm Friday, you should post your guess as shown below:

GBPvEUR: 1. 61 5 0

Cut off time for you to submit a rate will be 2pm (GMT) Friday 22nd Nov.

Now to give a little helping hand this week....I have pasted the highest and lowest points that the rate has been at this year!

Rate highest point of the year: 1.6252
Rate lowest point of the year: 1.4859
