Job Description: Business Development Manager
(OTC USD 200+ for the right candidate)

We are looking to expand our business and are searching for Business Development Managers to expand our Human Resource business in the area listed above.

Requirements:
• Responsible for developing new accounts and exploring new areas of opportunities to increase sales.
• Responsible for visiting and interacting with established and prospective customers to strengthen their interest in our services.
• Manages to ensure excellent customer relations. Respond to customer needs.
• Needs to be able to complete the post sales documentation as well
REQUIREMENTS:
• Recognized diploma/ degree or equivalent.
• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably with knowledge in HR solutions / Labor industries.
• Result oriented and self-motivated with positive mindset
• Able to work independently.
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Possess own transport
• Needs to know International Labor laws as well as understanding of Immigration requirements.
• A proven record of work in HR in one or more of will be greatly helpful
o Construction
o Manufacturing
o Agriculture
