Alalameen British Islamic School in Riyadh is looking for three new members to join their all-female teaching staff. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience with the relevant age range; however, if you are new to teaching or a fresh graduate and eager to prove yourself, we're willing to give you a chance.
We're looking for a native English speaker with a passion for inspiring young minds. If you would describe yourself as energetic and animated, dedicated and concerned about child welfare, with a calm, professional demeanor and good organizational skills, then you are the one we are looking for. About the British Islamic School
Alalameen British Islamic School is a new nursery and primary school specializing in providing Riyadh expatriates with a quality British education for their children to ensure smooth transition and continuity during their tenure in Riyadh. Our staff of native English speaking teachers maintain pupils' progress through the UK National Curriculum Foundation Stage through Key Stage 2. Currently we accept girls up to Year 5 and boys up to Year 3 [or maximum age 8 on 31st August of admission year]. Our core curriculum is based on the same books children will be accustomed to in the UK, while some subjects such as history, geography, and social studies are adapted to include additional modules with a regional and Islamic focus. This is in addition to compulsory classes in Arabic and Qur'an for all years.
