OMG that sounds awful, problem is I am terribly shy in groups of people, if somebody told me to shut up once I got started that would be it.
Meditating, not so sure I wanna be mixing with that kind of thing, ok on your own if your that way inclined but not in company I feel.
Ah well each to their own
