Sorry, am getting all excited and need to vent!!!!!!!

Am due to leave London on the 26th, arriving late in the evening...and i am counting down the days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The company has sorted out a hotel for me for the first month or so, so that takes a bit of pressure off me, and will give me time to find something nice.!

So.... for my first night out on the town......where should i go??????

good luck with the move, dont ask about packing im well over my weight allowance,damn who'd have thought sinks were so heavy

19 quid a kilo out to here from the UK - pack it up and go to the freight desk at the airport - about 25% of the nomral XCs baggage cost. :beer:

What is the allowance included with the flight...any rough idea's ?

23 kg BA / 20kg Emirates

Emirates silver +13kg / gold +16kg

Cabin baggage is up to 6kg - these are all economy allowances.

Lufthansa is also 20kg

KLM i think is more

Mrs Speak generally pursuades me to shed outer garments to maintain her body temperature - keeps the ole girl happy but I generally end up freezing me b.......x off.!!

well atleast u r a true gent.... a few yrs ago I remember seeing this old russian couple at the cinema with what appeared to be their children..... anyway.... at one stage, it got so cold that the couple opened up a news paper and wrapped themselves in it whilst their kids snuggled up in their jumpers! :eek: :eek:

So hats off to u for being so good! Mind u.... when I finally grow up and have a missus of my own, I dont know if I wud share my jumper with her.... might be best to let her freeze a bit! hahahahahahahahahahaha..... when she gets really, really, really cold, I will make her promise something she normally wudnt...... need to get them when they are weak! hahahahahaha...... have to make a note:
