Visiting Dubai next weekend and want to know if it is possible to rent out a nice yacht for about 2 hours; going out to the sea during the daytime and what the prices may be?

Also looking to visit high class bars or places where one can meet well to do people, ideally of the opposite gender. Not after nighclubs or noisy tacky places full of hookers and gold diggers. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if there's an expat forum for Lebanese expats but if there's one you may want to ask the question there. They'll tell you everything you need to know about finding high class people and away from gold diggers.

Most companies won't do 2 hour rentals.

I had one for 4 hours for a joint birthday this year. Ultimate Charter, it was a 60-something footer for 1500 an hour.

You only want to socialise with "well to do people". I am guessing you aren't such a person yourself or you wouldn't be concerned about the price of a yacht rental for a couple of hours. Or you'd know people who own yachts.

I suggest you come to Abu Dhabi and visit an amazing establishment called RBs at the bottom of Al Diar Capital Hotel. Full of well-to-do people, I can guarantee you'll find the people you are after in there.Lots of private equity and hedge fund types.

As you walk in the bar on the right was full of old ugly pros desperate for attention. As I checked in I was told no guests in the room...Not that I had any intention off having guests in the room. Room a poor average,noise loud coming from streetr and disco. I was told there was a live band on that night so I went to the disco/bar on the second floor...me a guy called Bob and 200 hookers in attendance.
I managed to stay for one drink, tried to watch the band and ended up having my privates touched before leaving...I wont be going back."

"Hi i stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, check inn was quick all done within 5 mins, my room was clean and the staff were very helpful, broken english but tryed thier best. The clubs in the hotel are just too too good, you dont need to leave the hotel at all, i did my business during the day and partied all night, the ladies are just awesome, only thing you cannot take any partners to your room, but that never worried me because the ladies have thier own apartments haha. Music was great, food was ok not my style but hey, woman over food?? WOMAN!!!!!!!!, load music never bothered me although my room was was the 2nd floor because i only get to my room after 5am!!!! i would recommend this hotel to every party animal out there, for sure i'll be back in 2 weeks time, till then Keep it up YORK , you guys just rock.."
