Emaar Business Park will be about 10 mins drive from the Marina. Business Bay could take you around 20-30 mins maybe or a bit more depending if there are any problems on SZR. You will be going against the flow of traffic so will be okay.

Business Bay will be a much nicer location (once it is finished!). Check it out here http://www.gowealthy.com/realestate/...usinessbay.asp

it is further away bu no problem as you will go against the traffic. should be a 30 minute drive at max.
Makes sense for a corporate law firm to be down there. Your main competitors are mainly down by the DIFC.

driving is fine, honestly...get out and drive as soon as you can or you never will. It will be horrendous for you if you don't drive as you will need to rely on taxis for everything and you really don't want to be doing that, believe me...

Ditto on that - it really isn't that bad... It ruins your driving for over here, tho... I keep getting flashed for swapping lanes without indicating, overtaking on the inside lane, pushing in at roundabouts, honking people at traffic lights etc etc etc

oooohhhh...i hate those sodding speed cameras. I guess they will, but it's a bit more complicated now because you get points on your licence as well as a fine...

i think its because im a rubbish driver here - and if im rubbish here, i dread to think what i would be like out there.. i lack confidence driving so i would be the one hanging around waiting for the road to clear before turning right whilst everyone in the queue behind me over takes and undertakes to get around me!!
