Well, I have stayed at the Rose Rotana.

Looks like there is a taller hotel coming...

Where abouts is it from Rose Rotana? Going towards Dubai Mall from Rose Rotana or towards Emirates Towers?

Anyone with some photos showing the location?

It's just another hotel opening on SZR, photos can be found on the marriot website

It's already open. It's the first twin towers you come to on SZR from the Marina on your right.
