Working for BAE Riyahd

Can anyone tell me what life is like working for BAE in Riyahd?

I may have the possibility to work there and would like to hear from anyone who works there. In particular, I am interested in finding out a little more about life on the compound, schooling and other issue related to living there with a family.

I have lived in KSA before, so I know about all of the general issues related to living there.

Any information is appreciated:starsmile:

English teacher ? They often have problems with spelling, grammar and syntax ! I know - I was one ! BAe pays well but the job can be frustrating. Be porepared to be surrounded by ex-RAF types. And RSAAF officers and cadets.

Not a BAE person myself but have friends on the compound. Housing is pretty good - nice compound with lots of facilities incl bowling alley, night club etc. One slightly negative point is that its at least 40 mins from town (on a good run), but quite near to the airport (for those all important holiday escapes). Compound is right opposite the race track which is pretty special - SR 180 for a decent VIP buffet plus about 5-6 races - I go to quite a few with the BAE folks and we have an 'under the table' wager ;). Your family will like it there as it has got loads of stuff for kids, and most the decent bazaars are held there quite regularly.

Hope that helps.
