Maybe Coming

At the top of the page there is a wiki showing the cost of living in UAE dated June 08. Taking out the rent which I know is going up and up is it still pretty much the same? I am trying to work out some numbers and it would be good to know if these are accurate to base on.

Also, this is based on a family of 4. What up side should I include for a 3rd kid - 10%? 15%?
