Why.......

.......is there a taxi going around Dubai with a yellow lightbulb on it's roof, not a standard sized lightbulb, I mean a huge '**** off' lightbulb? :confused:

Think the slogan is something to do with the light not being out at Global Village till 31 March - what crap trivia I store :rolleyes:
