Who has recently rented a 2 or 3 bedroom flat in Abu Dhabi?
Hi guys. Just curious to see what prices are like generally over the past month or so. If you have or know any one that has recently rented a flat in Abu Dhabi what was the rent and what is the place like? I was reading that prices have gone up 25% which is really ridiculous.

This is arrant nonsense. I have just rented a brand new, absolutely beautiful apartment with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, massive lounge, massive kitchen, balcony with views over the Gulf, etc. etc... for AED 180k.

Actually, no it wouldn't. The flats that I viewed at the beginning of November are still the same price now.
