mine says administration manager and as mentioned, no degree... I'm not an admin manager obv....
the term making it up as they go along does come to mind....

That was in the good old days pre 2005, when people would have their title on their Res Visa as well...Now anyone who wants the "Manager" designation on their passport should have a degree...And an attested one at that...
