have been trying to find a weber bbq and had no luck anybody know where I can get a decent bbq , braai if you are a saffer.

You'll not get a Weber here . Fly to DXB and pick one up there and just check it in on the way back .

The answer to your first question is a resounding yes . Qatar is a pretty backward country when it comes down to it , underneath the facade is a lot of stinking puerile shite .

I looked for ages for a charcoal Weber and couldn't find one anywhere so i picked one up when i was in Dubai one weekend .

I'm sure Apollo on the Salwa road do a Gas Weber but no charcoal ones . You'll get a cheap one in Carrefour or LuLu for between 200-700 QAR , they'll do the job but nothing like a Weber .

Been told about Apollo also for garden furniture.

Can't believe that you can't pick up a Weber here. Carrefour ones are very poor quality and would not last as I will usually use the bbq at least once a week if not more. Best was 5 days in a row with everything from a leg of lamb to fish.
