It's lovely here and its definitely a better proximity for getting on & off SZR in mornings & evenings. We pay 140K for a 2 bed - but we went for a larger place with big balcony & fab view. We did look at other places, much cheaper that were lovely too - but the views sold this one to us.
Good luck..! Hope to see you around.

P.S. Your commute will be much quicker if those are your working hours.
Hi Funny Feline,

Thanks for your advice, I preferred the look of the Marina, it was an alternative thought, they are only small dogs, Jack Russells. Still waiting on paperwork sorting first, so a little while longer before we get there!

Hope to see you round.

I don't envy you the midnight trip home. Boring straight road will be tiring, although the lunatics that appear at that time of night might keep you awake. Get some ACDC and upgrade your stereo. At least there won't be traffic jams then.

Dogs will depend on apartment block. Some allow them, some don't.

with dogs I would say that Discovery Gardens is better, there is alot more space to walk them, or where I am, we have a ton of waste ground opposite but not sure about dogs being allowed. PM me when you get here.

Hello Everyone,

Thank you so much for your help and advice but unfortunately Sarah and I have found if we want our full housing allowance we have to live in AD, so I guess thats the new name for this thread.

I am sure we are now struggling to find somewhere "nice" but any advice would be gratefully accepted.

Thanks again,

Sam x

Not too sure how well that suggestion would go down with Sam's Hubby.
