Can I advise that you take care to look at the background of your employer and satisfy yourself - or somebody even more objective - that the business is bona fide. If I recall, there was a recent case involving shipments of second hand vehicles to Saudi from one of the Emirates which was in reality a front for a money laundering operation - buy car in UAE sell for less in Saudi and so make quick cheap laundered money.
This was a big deal and was investigated by the American Authorities.

Excuse me? You know this is one of the things that really pisses me off, the riduculous assumption that all women in Dubai are money-grabbing cows.

:curse: So what I have understood, is that there are NO deals to be had...dubai seems to have outpriced itself, in that, what ever you earn you pay back! jeez...I was hoping to get 3 month deals in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment within AED 8,000 per month in Mirdiff or the Marina...its not possible from the feedback i get...why are we all here then?

OI LH .........I am single, support myself and I have a great social life, I go out sometimes on my own and sometimes with friends. I buy my own drinks or if I am in mixed company I stand my round with everybody else. I certainly do not expect guys to buy me drinks all the time. Also I know a lot of single women who are the same.
