Ok so im in Dubai, currently living in Diera. Where do all the brittish people go for drinks?? I hardly see any brittish people where i am but i hear there is 250,000 of us here! so where are you all hiding?? im new here and im trying to make new friends...so i would appreciate ur help

Now I remember the real Fibbers about 10 years ago it was good!! it was where the Fairmont is now i think.
Shame it was closed down for being naughty plenty music over Ramajam !!!.

nope it has always been where it is and it wasn't fibbers that was closed down but the night club above it, the diamond club I think.

if you just want a pint and not lively in a british style pub, then there are tons of places - Biggles-Millennium Airport hotel, Goodfellas - Regal Hotel is good for the football in Bur Dubai (bit of a dump but shows English/Scottish matches). dubliners in le Meridien at the airport, again good for a pint but unfortunately its the home of the celtic supporters club in Dubai so i get a bit of a wind up when i go in.
, or locker room in Golden Tulip al barsha for football is good also (that and biggles are the two rangers pubs
). Double decker - Al Murooj rotana i think is ok but was pretty quiet last time iwas there a few weeks ago. Leftbank @madinat and Bar Zar used to be ok but havent been there for a while.As for lively, what was mentioned before, Barasti etc.
