Whats it worth?
Just wanted some help, I have been offered a job at Dubai airport salary 9000dhs, housing or 7000dhs, transport allowance 1000dhs. Would this be enough for a comfortable living, what are the average outgoings for food,utilities,social etc. I would appreciate any advice on pros and cons of life in Dubai.

Some things we need to know before answering ...
Are you coming alone? Family?
Are you looking to live the high life in Dubai?
I am sure the 9000dhs and 7000dhs are monthly?

Hi Lacy,
I will be coming with my wife(no Kids) who will also hopefully find employment. The figures are all monthly, and although we dont perhaps live the highlife, we dont really go without right now and usually eat out twice a week and have a good social life including plenty of holidays. Appreciate any advice.

well you should be fine with the figures you stated even if your wife doesnt work.
