What would you do?
Most of us on here enjoy Dubai and stick up for it when it get slagged off... Especially me ,I love it here but what would you do if you got offered a expat package at home ie housing school fees all the usual?
I always imagined going home meant poxy flat, no help, struggling to pay school fees...ect ect.

I would be very tempted, as you say, these kind of packages in the UK are usually extremely rare.
What you need to do is see if you'll be much better of both financially and as a family, if yes, then go for it!

If we are talking about the same company, they need loads n loads of pilots and thats the only way to attract them. It almost looks too good to be true but its there black on white and a lot of ppl r tempted. Cant say I blame them

Don't worry too much about the tax - a decent accountant will advise that you ceate a company.... "chefs inc" that is paid for your services. This company then pays you and your husband.
Its done by alot of expats - all 'office services' so as to speak, to run the company are tax recoverable, you both take a wage. You'll end up paying about 15% on total earnings
Alot better than 40%
Fod for thought - theres many companies that specialise in this and companies house charges but a few [pounds to get a new entity set up.
