Question What are Standard Benefits for a bank?

This would be one of the Arab banks based in the UAE/Dubai.

Do they pay for the flight out there? Free apartment etc?

Most banks/companies will pay for your flight over and either a flight back once a year or will give you travel allowance - very few will give you an apartment - most will give you a housing allowance so you can choose your own. This will all be explained to you in your contract - if successful in getting a job out here.
