Hi all . what kind of car on average would be given as part of a managers package? Many thanks

Manager of what? A roadside swarma cafe or a blue chip multi national?
As for getting a Merc.... why? Mainline Mercs have been average at best for the last decade. Poorly built and way behind BMW.
For the ME I would always recommend Japanese marques. They are most reliable and generally have the best AC.

Probably a Toyota Camry!
Most people I know take the money and get something they really want.
One of my neighbours has just had his Audi A8 replaced with a S350 Merc and he is not happy.
