What can I rent in AD for 200K DHS?
 
Any ideas folks?

Thats 200K DHS p/a.

2 bed or above somewhere nice.

Check the Wiki and call a few agents. You can defo get something "nice" for that - just depends where you want to live and what sort of space you need etc

                      15 mins from kca would only get you to car4 area, 30 mins to corniche areas.

                      Khalifa and MBZ are at least 30 minutes away, more like 40-45 I would say.

                      I like Manaseer but you would probably get an apartment and not a villa for that money, albeit a nice apartment. Same with Al Bateen.

                      Oasis compound but I think they are more than 200 as are Mangrove and Seashore.
