Sorry for being annoying, but will i be notified when i'm given a Karma? or if i give it to some one will they know its me??

You'll be able to see which post its from and also people usually initial the karma message, to look at the last 5 click on the My Profile button. Don't think there is a notification option though.

Nabs, just click the "karma" to the bottom left of my post whenever you want to give anybody karma. In the box that opens up, in the text field, type the username of the person you want to send it to, followed with a space then your comments. It will then automatically karma that person! :)

plenty of threads in site feedback about the details of karma too, if you want to know about the points needed for more bars etc.
