Default We have found a new home!
We have found a new home in the Greens. Went direct with a landlord in the end (so sorry Henry as you know!)

Our new deal:

2 bed = 90,000 (4 cheques)
Deposit = 3,000

Semi furnished too with brand new furniture. We're very happy.

Anyone know anything about Victory Heights up at Sport City? A heap of villas have been released and the Mrs is going up to look at them tomorrow...

tell her to make sure they have DEWA connection, NONE of Jumeirah Village south have and they won't be getting it either. I would stick to the established areas if I was you.

That's worrying about no DEWA connection at Jumeirah Village, will any of the villas on the Circle ever be handed over??
