Yes, that's the real pain (well, that and the ridiculously high roaming call charges)... still, at least it's gone down a bit - used to be about 3000 dhs IIRC.
Ah - hence the question mark. I meant contract - no idea what they are called. I just pay a bill each month. *shrugs*
