Have a friedn (yes a friend, I am all residenced up) who had a residence visa and canceled his visa in June. Went home for 2 months and just came back. What is the position with residence visas (tourist visas) and coming back? I heard that it was three returns and game over for 6 months...?

Grateful for advice - he is sh1tt1ing that it is 3 tourist visas and out!!

Help please guys....

as long as he is from 1 of the 33 countries that automatically get a visit visa stamp in his passport he will be fine. I know lots of people who go in and out on visit visas and do monthly visa runs
