I'm leaving in a while, but my lease is paid up until the end of April 2011.
Here's a good opportunity for somebody to jump those pesky waiting list queues.
I am after somebody to take over my lease (pay me out basically).
The candidate would have to be approved by the compound management. That's the only catch.

I've paid 100K per year + 5K refundable deposit.
I think the rent's gone up about 10% for the next renewal though.
