look at hydra village or al reef then anything in between those areas and dxb border is illegal to rent for expats so dont be fooled such as smaha, rahba, fahal, etc etc

If you have 170k to spend you should be able to rent a good sized villa in Khalifa City A, B or Mohamed Bin Zayed City. I don't see why you would move to the middle of nowhere for that? The villas in Al Ghadeer are relatively cheap but they are not especially big. Same for Hydra village, they have tiny gardens.
