Villa on the Palm
I remember someone recently asking about Villa's on the Palm. My friend has decided to rent hers out. It is a 4 bed with swimming pool. 450,000 Dhs per annum. If you are interested let me know and I will PM you her phone number.

I didnt think Nakheel allowed you to rent out villa's on Palm J, I know apartments on the trunk are ok but always told NO too villas

I am sure you can, I have seen them advertised in the paper. People would never have bought them as investment properties if they couldn't rent them out.

I own three properties on Palm J, 2 villa's & 1 apartment, i was looking to rent out 1 of ther villas but was told that it was illegal & after studying the rules i found it stated, if there is a way around that i would be interested if you find out please let me know

I will speak to my friend and find out what the situation is. She has her villa advertised with various agents as well.
