Yep, OSN have ditched Fox Sports... they had the 'courtesy' to send me a text saying so. No offer of compensation/reduced channel fee, and the thought of trying to do something about it with their call centre fills me with woe.
Also, I can't even cancel the service (provided by Du) as Du is the only provider in my building!
I have however just increased the download speed on my internet connection from 1MBPS to 8MBPS and intend to watch the golf on the BBC iPlayer or other channel (via VPN). If this works well then I will just ditch the telly service as I only really keep it for the sports.

I'm sure it will be online to stream, golf works well streaming cos it's slower...football is a nightmare at time.
Liverpool v Arsenal game, on the commentry Dirk Kuyt's penalty was saved before he'd took penalty................killed the drama of the moment somewhat.

For anyone interested i have just been watching a preview show on the Masters on FOX Sports over this lunch time.
So its definitely on FOX and its still part of my package. I have OSN and ADTV through eLife.

ESPN are showing it also. It's an add-on to the DU subscription at 30dhs per month.

Fox Sports has been cancelled as of Monday through OSN for definite...but you can subscribe ESPN through OSN/Du which gives you 3 channels for I think 30dhs / mth for 3 mths commitment (rip off I know but its a solution) - its on that as checked earlier in week

Fox Sports is still on E-Vision and on Du. It's just not on OSN. This is just ridiculous

worse than that i've now heard that the Masters from Fox Sports is on Abu Dhabi TV's premier league package as well. So it's on Abu Dhabi, on ESPN, On E-Vision, on Du, it's just not on the place it's supposed to be !!

English translation, please. What on earth does "I hit channel up a few too many times" actually mean? On which channel did you find it? As you know, Fox Sports is no longer available to normal OSN subscribers, so you presumably have another package.

I kept hitting the 'Channel Up' button through all of AD Sports and I think Al Jazeera too, eventually in amongst the Dubai Sports channels I came across Fox Sports and Tiger Woods playing an incedible shot out the bunker.
Don't know which package it forms a part of but I have the above and have Fox Sports. I'll get the channel number tonight.

Mind, it was strange, he, a Korean (I think) and Jimenez seemed to be finishing a 3-ball.
Maybe it was a repeat. Now I'm questioning myself.

Bubba doesn't excite me. Won't win anywhere other than America like so many US golfers.
Disappointed in Luke Donald, not doing himself many favours.
