Default Urban design/urban planning - KSA expected compensation

I'm currently in KSA and have been for almost 2 years, in a remote location. Recently approached for a couple of roles with PIF backed real estate developers at senior manager and director level. A bit of a step up, and been told to expect a 20% potential uplift in my current salary + up to 6 months basic bonus dependant on performance.

I already have a somewhat inflated salary for my profession being located remotely but wouldn't mind looking to get somewhere a bit more urbanised. But I have no idea on what sort of salary expectations to have. Any others working in the built environment in one of the bigger cities or Riyadh able to provide some guiding figures for said seniority levels? I won't move for a similar wage as I'm giving up a bunch of holiday, which I'm sure most KSA residents would agree.
