How bad is this? I know its done quite a bit in Dubai and Abu Dhabi but in Doha i presume its a different matter?

Even if the woman was working and the man and they both had relevant visas?

How strict is it? Anyone know of anyone who is doing or has done this?

Why is it strange?

I mean i wouldn't have to sponsor her as she is working and will get a sponsor from work.

There will be no need for us to be involved in each others visas processes or RPs

I know loads who do it here , you need to keep your business to yourself though and be meticulous who you socialise with and where you live.

You'll be deported f you get caught and believe you me there's always some fu**er with an axe to grind in this part of the world.

I figured getting her a ring and introducing her as a friend for a while then slowly saying she is my wife would do it. Obviously not banging her out on the streets etc would help ha

Its the same as most things here, keep a low profile and cause no problems and you will get no problems.......

If the shit ever hits the fan though you would be screwed.

If your going to say she's your wife- why not just marry her?- if shes moving to Doha with you she is clearly mad about you (or just mad) make a decent woman of her! Come on we need a BE wedding!
