UAE house prices.............
Interesting piece of research from ENBD/Haver.......... Ab Dab prices still falling?

I agree with busybee2: anecdotally prices are not falling. Presumably the reams of data and experienced researchers are incorporating housing categories that we are not familiar with. Perhaps prices are falling for 1 bedroom apartments in Madinat Zayed, but they're not falling for Western expat accommodation in the city of Abu Dhabi.

Remember, the chart shows year-on-year changes, so if an average house costs more than it did three months ago, but less than a year ago, it may be going up "now" but y-o-y it is still falling.............
