Trying to Move to Bahrain...need some questions answered

Trying to Move to Bahrain...need some questions answered
I am planning to move to Bahrain from KSA but I am on a single entry visa to KSA so i cannot pop over to Bahrain to look for a flat
Also i have 3 cats so i cant just leave KSA and stay in Bahrain to look for something
I dont know the renting procedure....what is required in terms of paperwork etc
and i dont know how to go about finding a place to live while i am in KSA
Can anyone help?
All i need is a 1 - 2 bedroom flat for Max 500 BD / mnth (all inclusive) and somewhere that allows pets
a 3 - 6 mnth lease would be best or somewhere i can pay month to month
if anyone can help i would be grateful
ive looked on gulf-daily news and there seem to be no listings for any flats meeting my requirements
does anyone know any reliable estate agents?
