Cheers mate,....... had a late one........... spent the early hrs trying to finish 24 serieds 4 but eventually succumbed to sleep... that is until 6 am when the little sod jumped on me......

What did you think of it? Personally I thought series three (the one with the virus) was the best. Still thought series four was very good though!

no .. got no time ... we were in different side of the town. But i do get the new time table for Body Pump at Ritz.

no yet.. I wish though.. work is too boaring at the moment... I cramp everything in the last two hours so I can feel that I achieved something at the end of the day...
