What is the procedure to transfer a vehicle from KSA to UAE permanently?

Would that be the GS then??
New MVIP, new estimarah, export plates, letter from sponsor (stamped of course by CofC), then delete ownership from your Iqamma (or no exit visa), hand vehicle over to transfer agency, pay fees, job done. And good luck...
