Default transferring sponsors

My daughter has been on her employers sponsorship for the last 12 months. She is getting married in August and wishes to transfer to her husbands visa and also to change job as she has found better employment. What are the procedures for changing jobs with regard to the labour laws? I would be grateful for any advice. Thankyou

Where is she? UAE? To change jobs in UAE she will need a no objection certificate (NOC) from her current employers. However if she wants to change her visa to her husbands sponsor then she may not need the NOC, but would need to leave and re-enter the contry most likely. The labour laws keep changing, often without notice, so she is best to take legal advice or contact the dept of immigration and naturalisation (if she can get through).

Thankyou for your reply, she is in Dubai. Would the Labour Office be able to give her any information if she rang them?
