TRANSFER LE-->US$ QUERY

What is the best way for me changing and transferring my money (big amount) from LE to US$ OR CA$ .. I heard about western union but if you know somewhere offers a better xchange? someone has any experience to share ? Thanks,

XE.com and Hifx.com are both good money transfer sites that have good rates and reputations you could try.
