I need to clear my car loan but the guy buying my car doesnt want to carry around 90 000 dhs cash. Can anyone suggest the best way to clear the loan immediately without exposing the guy financially for a day or more (IE No cash/no car) and not having him carry 90 000 dhs cash around?

Without leaving yourself exposed, no.. Would you hand the keys over without cleared funds?

Well, if he provides a bank cheque (do they do Bankers Drafts over here?) to your lender, it should be as good as, yeah?

Because a lot of the laws in this country show complete disrespect to the people who live here?

Dont hold your breath for a clearence letter issued on the spot as soon as the loan is cleared
Emirates say it takes them 7 days to issue a clearance letter from their dubai office
My original buyer on the car walked out of the branch at this point and the sale was kallas

Best check with your bank before it goes pear shaped
