Tourist visa but unmarried

Here's the scenario maybe someone out there could help... Thanks in advance...
My boyfriend works in dubai and his annulment is still on process... We have a daughter now he is planning to get us a tourist visa... I am afraid that we might be offloaded in philippine immigration because we are unmarried regardless i can provide all the valid documents of me and my daughter. Help pls.

Where are you looking to go to, that is a major consideration but is something you don't tell us.

Strictly speaking it would be illegal for the two of you to share a hotel room, will it be a problem, well that's the whole problem, as long as you don't walk around holding hands, kissing in public, wearing tight clothing, then you aren't that likely to be in trouble, but stray from those rules and it could be a different kettle of fish, depending on who saw you and whether they decide to report you.

Thank you... But do you think there is a chance that we might be offloaded in the immigration just because we are unmarried... I am going to travel with our daughter.

Your passports don't state your marital status.
If you are worried, wear wedding rings.
I didn't take my husband's surname but my children did. The only country we have had trouble with this is the UK. And we are all UK citizens.

However, if your husband is not Caucasian (eg Arabic) then immigration may query harder.

Thank you 😊 Yeah our daughter took his last name as well and since im gonna travel with a minor it will require us to bring a copy of her birth certificate which shows that we're unmarried. We are Filipinos 😊. Guess i have to go to the travel agency to process the visa and everything. Thank you OriginalSunshine 🌞😄

Is there really a problem to bring the baby if it was produced outside of the UAE?

If both parents aren't currently married then there is a potential it could cause major issues.
